Sessions are weekly lasting for 60 minutes and cost £65 in person and £60 online. Payments can be made via bank transfer either after every session or in monthly blocks, depending on your circumstances and what is most convenient for you.

Sessional work with organisations require a consultation

We would ensure that your sessions are arranged at a day and time that is suitable for both of us. This is to enable consistancy, which can feel safe and regulating, and is an integral part of the therapeutic process.

I would need to charge a holding fee for all sessions cancelled this would be £20

I ask that you allow 3 working days notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice will be charged at the full rate of the session. Extenuating circumstances can be agreed from the offset.

Bookings and starting therapy

If you would like any further information or to discuss any questions that you may have, we can arrange an initial 20 minute consultation either online or in person

free of charge.

If you then decide you would like to start a course of therapy, i will offer you an initial assessment lasting one hour. This will be charged at the standard rate of the session, and your sessions will resume after then. I often suggest that we review our sessions after 6 weeks to get an idea of how things are going and if you would like to resume therapy. We would then agree of the length of ongoing treatment that works for us both.
